Jared Bleak is recognized as one of the world’s leading experts in developing and delivering company leadership, culture, and process programs. He is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Authentic.
For 10 years, Jared was the Executive Director and Global VP for Business Development and Marketing at Duke Corporate Education. There he advised clients on talent and leadership issues and designed and delivered leadership and high potential development programs. Jared has educated and coached leading executives at great companies including Verizon, American Express, Coca-Cola, Credit Suisse, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chanel, Bacardi, Raytheon, Rio Tinto, and Heidelberg Cement among others. Most recently, as Partner in Mercer’s Talent business, he has worked to help major clients drive performance and achieve competitive advantage through their people.
In addition to his work at Duke, Jared has also served as a faculty member at The Harvard Institutes for Higher Education and the Executive Leadership and Management Institute at Stanford University.
Jared began his career at Harvard University, where his research focused particularly on issues of organizational culture, leadership, and governance. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Financial Times, and other business and educational publications. He is the author of, The Leadership Advantage: How the Best Companies are Developing Their Talent for Future Success.
He holds a master’s and doctorate from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
